Acting as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations, we manage every phase—from planning to handover. Our services include contractor inductions, qualifications and competence checks, RAMS review and approvals, and strict HSE oversight throughout the build.

We ensure smooth execution through installation verification and construction handover to pre-commissioning. We also manage and conduct the pre-commissioning and ensure all snag items are closed by the relevant Contractors.
