CIE create Pre-Commissioning RAMS and Pre-Commissioning Procedures, complete with ITRs (Inspection Test Records) to ensure systems are safe, compliant and fully functional before handover and operation. We complete system walkdowns to verify installation quality and stay actively involved through wet commissioning; providing technical support, issue resolution, and system readiness checks.

CIE complete the full functional safety lifecycle, including creation of SIF Dossiers, Proof Test Procedures, Failure Mode Proof Testing Procedures and implementation of Failure Mode Proof Testing to ensure a complete and safe SIF validation.
We also complete as-building and close-out activities to ensure a smooth and efficient transition to operations.
